Bought an unlocked phone, asked what sim I would use. Told them it was 3, but since coming home to Bristol and putting... my sim in I have found out it was incompatible.They were helpful initially, but since realising they should have told me they were incompatible and not sold me it they said I was ‘taking the pies’ and hung up. Would not recommend. Incredibly rude and unhelpful.read more

What a great shop, very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff and a big thank you to you all for getting my phone... unlocked from my previous network.Ìf it wasn't for you all, I'd still be waiting for those lot at "#**" ...not giving them a free plug here but will certainly slate them on Trustpilot!Took you less than three hours although came back next day to get my "Unlock" and PUK codes...and that *#* of a network said it would be about 10 days roughly!Highly recommend this great mobile shop and much more as well, vape liquids and bits too...BIG SHOUT OUT AND HUGE THANK YOU ALL 👏👏👌👍read more

Been having problems with the charging port on my phone for a while and expected to pay for a replacement. Straight... away the guy identified the problem, spent a few minutes fishing fluff out of the port and it works fine! He then told me there was nothing to pay! Definitely coming back here if I need any more work.read more
